Dr Martina Calore (Department of Molecular Genetics) is one of the partners of the international consortium that was funded with 4 million euros by the European Innovation Council for cardiogenomics for the research project, named IMPACT - Cardiogenomics meets Artificial Intelligence: a step forward in arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy diagnosis and treatment. 

Dr Sam Heuts (Dept. of CTC) has received a Dekker grant awarded by the Dutch Heart Foundation.

De Harry Crijns Research Grant, in het leven geroepen door het Hart en vaat onderzoekfonds Limburg,  in te stelle wordt periodiek toegekend aan jonge wetenschappers die zich bezighouden met klinisch cardiovasculair onderzoek en daarmee bijdragen aan de realisering van de doelstellingen van de foundation.
